1. Return & Exchange Policy
The value of jewelry sold is not refundable. If the customer dislikes the item, it must be returned unused. Jewelry exchanges can be made between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Local customers are given 3 days, and remote customers are given 7 days to exchange jewelry.
2. Nose Pins
Nose pins cannot be exchanged or changed.
3. Gold Buyback Policy
We buy back 916 (22K) and 750 (18K) hallmark gold jewelry at 7% below the current selling price.
4. 24 Karat Gold & Gold Coins
24-karat gold and gold coins sold by us are repurchased at 5% below the current market price.
5. Silver Jewelry & Articles
Silver jewelry and other silver articles are bought back or sold at 20% below the current selling price.
6. Diamond Jewelry
When diamond jewelry is exchanged or sold, the diamond value mentioned in the original bill is bought back at 20% below the billed selling price.
7. Exchange/Sale of Jewelry
When any jewelry is exchanged or sold, the enamel and stones used in the jewelry are removed before valuation, and the jewelry is melted for assessment.
8. Platinum Jewelry
Platinum jewelry sold at MRP is bought back at 20% below the price mentioned in the original bill when exchanged or sold.
9. Credit Sales
Jewelry is not sold on credit.
